  GRACE MCVEY

About

Hi! My name is Grace McVey! I am a recent graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a BFA in Acting. I went on to spend a summer in London studying Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). I received certificates for the completion of the Shakespeare Summer School and Shakespeare in Practice programs. I am currently based in NYC.

On May 3rd, 2025 I will be singing with Tori and Nicole of You and Your Sister in their concert at Berlin NYC. I'm honored to be accompanying them in singing their original song "Again & Again (Ellie's Song)" as well as their cover of Trousdale's "Movie Star". Come out and support the talented artists of You and Your Sister and Class Act Band! Tickets can be found here.

I come from a family of singers, and often perform concerts with my family members J. Mark McVey, Christy Tarr-McVey, and Kylie McVey in venues across the country. Our latest concert was March 23, 2025 at Covenant Church of Naples, FL! Stay tuned for reel footage from the performance!

I was a part of Great Lakes Theater Company's production of Sense and Sensibility, in which I understudied "Marianne Dashwood." The show was directed by Sara Bruner and Jaclyn Miller, and ran at the Hanna Theatre in Playhouse Square. I am very grateful to have worked with, and learned from everyone at Great Lakes!
